Sleep Disorder - Symtoms and treatment

Last few days have been very hectic both professionally and personally. Inspite of being so tired and reaching home late in the evening, I was not getting proper sleep. I had restless nights and days were lazy was feeling generally disconnected with the world. Even with my family. Driving was a big pain as well. I always feared accident.

After ignoring it for couple of weeks, I thought of visiting a doctor who prescribed some medicines and asked me to continue in case of no relief. I took these pills for two days and was able to sleep well. But there was fear in my mind. FEAR??? yes, I thought that I was getting habitual of these pills therefore, I decided to do some research around it and find alternates.

I explored that sleepless nights could be the result of too mental exertion, stress or it can even be a chronic problem.

Do you . . .

* feel irritable or sleepy during the day?
* have difficulty staying awake when sitting still, watching television or reading?
* fall asleep or feel very tired while driving?
* have difficulty concentrating?
* often get told by others that you look tired?
* react slowly?
* have emotional outbursts?
* feel like taking a nap almost every day?
* require caffeinated beverages to keep yourself going?

Common types of Problem
