Heatstroke or Sunstroke is the most severe form of heat induced illness.
Heatstroke occurs because the body can not lose heat rapidly enough in extreme heat. When the body can not cool itself, body temperature continues to rise rapidly to dangerous high levels.
Heatstroke can temporarily or permanently damage vital organs, such as the Hearts, Lungs, Kidneys, Liver and Brain. In extreme cases even Death may occur.
There are two types of sun stroke
1- Mild

Headache, Dizziness, Profuse sweating, hot skin, Fever, Coarse breathing, Dry mouth & tongue, severe thirst

High fever, headache, severe-thirst, shortness of breath, collapse, unconsciousness, delirium, sweating etc.
TREATMENT FOR PREVENTION FROM HEAT STROKE
APPLY GREEN COLOR ON GIVEN POINT ON BOTH HAND WHENEVER YOU GO IN SUN AND DARKEN AND DARKEN
AS IT GET FADE (use simple sketch color)
