For the last few days Airtel has struggled to ensure proper network connectivity for its customers. The situation was so bad the entire Delhi subscribers had no network signals for over 3hours in the evening i.e. Between 7-10 PM.
Mobile phone today has become an integral part of human life. One can forget a wallet but not the mobile. Yes, it was huge an inconvenience to the Airtel subscribers but I appreciate the fact the Airtel was brave enough to accept the fault and made efforts to correct the technical glitch.
Apology message from Airtel -
'Dear Customer, you may have experienced some connectivity issues with your airtel mobile. An unforseen technical outage occurred which affected services on some of our circuits. We have recovered from the outage and are delighted to have you back.We deeply regret the inconvenience'
Hope this does not get repeated, else people will switch over to other operators, especially when the number portability has been made so easy...
