Hi
The search for the Fountain of Youth has been going on as long as humans have walked the earth. Long before Pete Townsend sang, "Hope I die before I get old". We've all had the experience of looking in the mirror and remembering the beautiful complexions we once had -- or wish we had -- when we were younger. There's no such thing as time travel, but there are some healthy practices you can incorporate into your lifestyle that can make you look as though you've discovered the fabled fountain of youth.
The heart of the matter is simple that we understand that time marches on, but we don't want to let go of the vivacity, beauty, and energy of youth unless we absolutely have to. We don't mind getting older; we just don't want to look it.
When we start to see fine lines in our faces and gray hair on our heads, many of us are caught up in a bit of a panic. We ask, "When did this happen?" and search health food stores, cosmetics counters, fashion magazines, and daytime talk shows for absolutely anything than can help us stop it.
Well, there is bad and good news. Bad news is that we can’t pull back our age literally. And the good news is that the process of ageing can de enjoyed by understanding the need of our skin and body.
We all know that major cause of skin wrinkles is the age factor. As when we step in our adult age the first impact of wrinkle start showing on face as crows feet or in form of laughing lines.
But I will tell you the other causes of wrinkles on skins which are very essential to understand:
1. Beautiful Skin, inside and Out: Your skin is a reflection of your life. As we age, our physiology and lifestyle changes. This affects our skin's ability to stay healthy and radiant -- and may keep us from having the youthful-looking skin we'd like to enjoy.
2. Enemy Number One: The Sun Sunshine on your shoulders may make you happy -- but it can definitely contribute to the effects of aging on your skin. You should protect your skin against sun damage.
3. The Skin's Natural Oils: You may be used to hearing about "oily skin" as a problem condition -- but the skin's natural oils are crucial to keeping it healthy and younger looking. By the time passes and we cross our 30 years in age the fine wrinkles start visible on the skin due to the loss of skin’s natural oils.
But now a day’s I have seen many girls having their wrinkle problem in age of 25 to 27years, which can be cured by a little skin care regimen.
Skin care for wrinkled skin:
Aged between 25 – 27 years
Go for regular skin cleansing regimen which includes wipe with cleansing milk, followed with face wash and toner, than any sun screen moisturizer with SPF 30.
You can also go for a face mask once in a week. Do not let dry your face mask, otherwise it will create more skin wrinkles.
For dry skin: You can use face mask made from sandalwood powder, milk cream, mixed with pinch of turmeric and rose water.
For oily skin: Mix cinnamon powder, basal leave powder with honey.
For normal skin: Mix sandalwood powder, aloe juice.
Aged between 30 - 40 years
Go for regular skin cleansing regimen which includes use mild scrub than wipe with cleansing milk, followed with face wash, toner (if open pores than use astringent) , than any sun screen moisturizer with SPF 30.
You should apply face mask twice a week. Do let dry your face mask, than wash it and apply moisturizer.
For dry skin: Use gram floor mix it with turmeric and milk.
For oily skin: Mix chocolate powder with green tea extract. Use watermelon juice or cucumber juice if green tea is not available.
For normal skin: Mix sandalwood powder, aloe juice, papaya juice.
Aged 40 above
Go for regular skin cleansing regimen which includes use good papaya or oatmeal scrub than wipe with cleansing milk, followed with face wash, toner (if open pores than use astringent) , than any sun screen moisturizer with SPF 30.
You should apply face mask thrice a week. Do let dry your face mask, than wash it and apply moisturizer.
For dry/normal skin: Use egg white as face mask.
For oily skin: Use mud pack.
Skin vitamins:
1. Vitamin A helps skin from drying out by helping circulation.
2. Vitamin B helps keep skin blemish free.
3. Vitamin C purifies blood helps to keep your skin glowing. A lemon and other citrus fruits are full of minerals and vitamin-C.
4. Vitamin E to keep your skin youthful.
Products: In my advice always go for homemade products. For females age above 30years can use Olay’s 7 effects as base moisturizer. There are products in oriflame skin products for different age group.
