skin acne problem

It is true that the beauty is not in your outer surface it is way beyond, beneath your soul. But it is also true that what is inside that reflects outside. So, with inner beauty your outer beauty is also equally important.
We all have skin problems in different phase of life. The common skin problem is acne. There are hundreds of medications, treatments, cleansers and cosmetics which are available to treat or prevent skin acne.
I will share some of the tips which will help you to treat your skin acne problem from its core.
Go step by step:

1. Eating a healthy and balanced diet: We all know that a healthy diet will benefit your body but it also help your skin to glow. Just we need to cut down on caffeine, sugar and refined carbohydrates, to control sebaceous (oil) glands. Add more fruits, leafy vegetables, seeds, nuts, juices and other healthy treats to your daily diet, and you'll see in improvement in your skin.

2. Water to maintain the skin's elasticity: Water plays an important part in our body. Approximately 85% of your brain, 80% of your blood and 70% of your muscle is water. So, the water is most important nutrition of your body. Drink plenty of water to make your skin healthy. Water is the one of the common detoxifier agent which removes the toxin of your body by filtering your kidneys. This self-healing system removes the toxic wastes of metabolizing food and of other harmful substances that get into our bodies one way or another.
This purification system operates efficiently only if the volume of water flowing through it is sufficient to carry away the wastes. So you should drink 6 to 8 glasses of water daily.

3. Exercise regularly: Exercise is important for your body, mind and skin health. Do it for at least half an hour, five days a week or one hour for three days in a week. It will improve your blood circulation and help your body clear toxins from your system through sweat. Better circulation also increases the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to your skin. Exercise also relieves stress, which is a common cause of acne flare-ups.

4. Exfoliate, cleansing, toning, and moisturize: At night, first remove all your makeup with an oil-free makeup remover and a cotton ball. Then wash your face with lukewarm water and an oil-free, non-comedogenic (doesn't block pores) cleanser. Pat (don't rub) it dry with a soft towel and apply an oil-free moisturizer. In the morning wash your face as directed above, and then use an alcohol-free toner. Next apply any water based moisturizer and oil free (water based) makeup.
You can make your own moisturizer by mixing rose/cucumber/basil water with glycerin
Once or twice a week exfoliates your skin with alpha-hydroxyl acid or glycolic peeling. This will aid in the shedding of dead skin cells, the "food" for the bacteria that cause pimples.

5. Skin protect from the sun and harsh weather: One popular myth about acne is that tanning will clear it. On the contrary it will make your skin dark and oily, which clog your pores and produce more acne. Always wear sun block with at least an SPF-15 UVA & UVB rating.

6. Get plenty of good-quality rest: Your immune system requires energy to do its work, including the work of protecting your skin from acne. You can listen to music or do yoga, meditation to relax your mind. The best yoga asana for relaxation and mind rest is savasana (Corpse Pose).

7. Good and rest full night sleep: The deep sleep the brain needs for "recharging" comes several hours into the sleep cycle. That's why a few hours here and there won't do. Most people need at least 6 to 8 hours of sleep a night. Consider it beauty sleep.
